This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") outlines the rights and procedures for cancelling services and requesting a refund from NCSE NETWORK LTD ("NCSE"). This Policy is an integral part of our Master Terms of Service.
1.1. Eligibility: We offer a seven (7) day money-back guarantee to new customers for their first order of a recurring service (e.g., VPS Hosting, IP Transit). The 7-day period begins on the date the service is activated.
1.2. Request Procedure: To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket through our client portal within the first 7 days of service activation, clearly stating your request to cancel the service and receive a refund.
1.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by the payment gateway.
Please note that the following items and fees are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee and are non-refundable under any circumstances:
3.1. Cancellation of Recurring Services:
* You may submit a cancellation request for your service at any time by logging into our client portal.
* To avoid being invoiced for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request **at least three (3) days before your service's next due date.**
* If you fail to submit the request within this timeframe, the invoice for the next cycle will be generated and payment will be collected. This payment is non-refundable.
* Upon successful cancellation, your service will be terminated at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
3.2. Immediate Cancellation: If you wish for the service to be terminated immediately (rather than at the end of the billing cycle), you may select this option when submitting your cancellation request. Please be aware that choosing immediate cancellation will result in the permanent and immediate deletion of all your data, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the service period.
NCSE reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
